A lovely, welcoming two bedroom apartment in a quiet house in the centre of Bourg d’Oisans suitable for up to 4 adults. The three star rated apartment has an ideal location at the end of a quiet road, and just a minute stroll from the town's many shops and restaurants.
It has a lovely private sunny garden and terrace with garden furniture, and a large internal space for secure storage of bikes and other sports equipment.
The apartment has two furnished bedrooms, both with twin beds and storage, a shower room and a separate wc. The spacious open plan kitchen living dining room, has a comfortable seating area with sofa and chairs, tv and magazines and opens on to the private garden and terrace to provide a lovely outdoor dining space.
The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob and microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher as well as all the usual things you need for a comfortable stay.
The apartment also has a washing machine.
There is parking for the property in a free public car park behind the building.
Unfortunately, children and pets are not permitted at this property.
Please note that for winter bookings (October - April), electricity usage is not included in the rental rate and will be charged on departure after a meter reading.

This was my 2nd time in Le Bourg d’Oisans. It’s a lovely town in an ideal location to use as a cycling base - access to lots of iconic climbs within cycling distance or ~1 hour drive. The apartment is just a short walk from town – literally a couple of minutes away from cafes, supermarkets and patisseries. It has a generous and secure bike storage area, sheltered and sunny garden/terrace with a well equipped kitchen and was clean and comfortable. Nicole, Helen and Phil were ever friendly and helpful. I won’t hesitate to stay here again if I’m lucky enough to come back.

Hi Kenneth, thank you for your kind & nice comment. Just for information, the flat is equipped with electrical vent. Unfortunately, the ON/OFF button was set to OFF apologies. In case of technical / maintenance issues, please contact the flat′s housekeeper during your stay in order to fix any problem as soon as possible.

Hi Helen,
We loved to stay in your apartment. It was perfect for four guys spending a week in Bourg preparing for the La Marmotte race. The two rooms were just enough to accomodate us. Kitchen was fine and functional with all what we needed. Bathroom and WC worked fine. The vent in the WC didn′t seem to be working. The garden and terrace was great to sit and relax in after training on the bikes in the mountains. Location in Bourg was abolutely perfect. Two minutes walking to town center - really great! Basement with laundry and bike storage worked like a charm. Definitely a solution we′d choose again!

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed with you and the 4th time in the area and this is definitely the place we’ll be coming back to. Perfect location, lovely light and airy property which was just the right size for the two of us and our cycling gear and even had a nice outdoor space to sit out in.

Just to thank you, we had a great few days. The apartment was fantastic, the bikes were great and the weather was way better than the forecast had suggested!
I would highly recommend you to anyone thinking about heading out to the area and hopefully we will manage out again soon. Just need to find another excuse- don′t turn 40 every year!

We loved staying at the 2 bedroom property. It was very well decorated, furnished and equipped, there was a lovely garden, and Nicole (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. We hope to come and stay again sometime in the next couple of years

Super accommodation ... great place to stay on a cycling holiday. The basement downstairs is such a great place for storing and fixing bikes.
